Mighty Magnets have a 30 day money back, satisfaction guarantee.
Within 30 days of the shipping date of your purchase, you may return or trade-in your Mighty Magnets for a different model. This does not include any shipping costs, and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original packaging should be saved in the event of a trade-in or return to help assure that the magnets are received back in good condition and the shipment return should be insured. After the returned product are received by Mighty Magnets Inc. in good order, a refund will be issued. We have a limited 2- year warranty on material and production defects. We will repair or replace your magnet at no charge after inspecting for accidental drops and mishandling of the magnets. For example having both magnets stuck together can damage the interior components. Our magnets are a lifetime product if treated with care. Once you see the outer housing starting to separate, we recommend to ship it back for repair to protect the magnets from rust. We use the best abs plastics but a 3-5 foot drop on a hard surface can damage the outer housing. Remember the most expensive part to replace are the magnets.
